San Joaquin/Calaveras County Inside Wireman Apprenticeship Program
Apprentices shall be under the supervision of a Journeyman Electrician. Physical effort required may involve climbing, crawling, crouching, and working in cramped quarters. Wiring is frequently color coded for connection purposes. Mechanical ability and finger dexterity is essential.
Apprentice will typically be under the supervision of a Communications and Systems Installation Supervisor at all times. The trade requires physical effort on the part of the apprentice to do climbing, crawling, crouching and working in cramped quarters. Wiring is frequently color coded for connecting purposes; therefore, the worker cannot be colorblind.
