Due to closure of the Hall so that we may be in compliance of CDC guidlines relating to COVID-19, Out of Work List Sign-ins will be accepted through our online process.  All Traveling members MUST, in addition to completing this form, send a copy of their dues receipt and travel letter to earlh@ibew595.org. 

ALL FIELDS MUST BE COMPLETE OR THE FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 

SIGN IN TIME IS BETWEEN 8:00 AM AND 5:00 PM PACIFIC DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME TO BE PLACED ON THE BOOKS SAME DAY. 

MEMBERS SIGNING IN BEFORE 8:00 AM OR AFTER 5:00 PM PACIFIC DAYLIGHT TIME WILL NOT BE PLACED ON THE BOOK UNTIL AFTER 8:00 AM THE FOLLOWING DAY.

You must do the following to sign in or return from a short call:

• Save PDF to your local computer,
• Fill out form and click "Save" to your computer,
• Attach PDF to email and send to: earlh@ibew595.org. 
• Travelers MUST send in a copy of your dues receipt and travel letter every time signing the book.  Local 595 does NOT keep travel letters/dues receipts on file.
