LOCAL 595 MENTOR PROGRAM

We are pleased to announce the IBEW Local 595 Mentor-Mentee Program! 

Why are we doing this?

To create a culture of brotherhood, drive union engagement and show the next generation of members the right path as they move through their career. 

Who can participate? 

Any IBEW 595 member. 

What is a mentor? 

A mentor is someone who teaches or gives help and advice to a less experienced and often younger person.

What is a mentee? 

The junior member of the mentorship relationship.  Receives coaching and guidance from the mentor to eventually take their place.

Who can become a mentor? 

Any 595 member that is sixth bracket and above and 595 retirees.  Apprentice mentors can also have a mentor who is journeyman level. 

Who can be a mentee? 

Any IBEW 595 member.
